Us Vegan Meals want to provide each and every customer with quality so we ensure your complete satisfaction. We take proper measures to ensure your package is properly packaged and shipped as quickly. Here are some of our customers FAQ about our shipping policies and procedures.
US Vegan Meals ships orders to all addresses within the United States. We currently do not offer international shipping though this is something we intend to do in the near future.
Our minimum order policy is $50.00
Regular orders placed Monday until 5pm (EST) Friday will ship the following Monday. If you order between Friday 5pm (EST) - Sunday evening then your order will not ship the next Monday, It will ship the following Monday. Example- If you place an order on Saturday September 1st, your package would ship out September 10.
We do our best to ship out orders as quickly as possible though at times there may be slight delays due to weather and other unforeseen issues that may arise. If you have any questions please feel free to email us at email@example.com
Each US Vegan Meals order is packaged in an insulated, box which is friendly to the environment and we pack either ice packs or dry ice to ensure the meals stay frozen for freshness. As we are an environmentally friendly company we do not ship orders which are less than $50.00USD.
We always do our best to provide 100 percent customer satisfaction though if US Vegan Meals sends you an incorrect meal we will issue you with credit for your next purchase. If there is an issue that the item came to you and it was clearly warm and not eatable, we will ask you to provide us with a picture (this can be done through your mobile device) and send it to us to create the claim. We will respond back within 24 hours with a resolution depending on the circumstance. In most cases if it was our error we will either issue store credit or reship the package.
US Vegan Meals is not responsible for delays or delivery issues that are a result of the shipping company’s operations, or for problems that may arise if the shipping address provided by the customer is incomplete or incorrect. It is the customers’ responsibility to ensure you are home or will be home sometime during the day when the package is delivered. We recommend contacting the delivery company and leaving a note if you will not be home, as to where to put the package.
